OUR PRODUCTION
Fresh production
After picking fresh mushrooms are sorted by hands into categories and packed to ecologically clean 3 kg wooden boxes, 1 kg or 0.5 kg wooden baskets or according requirements and needs of our customers.
Frozen production
Production freezed with modern technology maintain their fragrance, natural taste and perfect quality. The mushrooms provided for this production must be firm, sound and very clean.
Dried production
The aroma of dried mushrooms allures all of us. There is modern drying machines set up in our company. We are drying over 10 tons of all kinds of forest mushrooms per year.
Brined production
For the preparation of brined production there is a room where mushrooms are salted and blanched.
