BRINED MUSHROOMS
For the preparation of brined production there is a room where mushrooms are salted and blanched.
Mushrooms can be processed in 2 ways:
- Cooked in vapor
- Dry salted (in salt solution)
Brined goods are sorted according sizes, quality and categories and are packed into plastic tare (barrels).
Assortment of our brined mushrooms consists of: chanterelles and ceps.
